General rules
- Currently, we exclusively deliver to the UK Mainland. Regrettably, due to the substantial weight and size of our products, we are unable to offer delivery services to the islands at this time.
- Typically, deliveries are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week. We’ll coordinate the delivery date with you in advance, allowing you to mark it on your calendar.
- Please make sure to provide accurate contact information since you will receive notification of the delivery date via either a text message or a phone call.
- If you purchase multiple products from different suppliers, they will be delivered on separate days, contingent upon their respective availability.
- A failed delivery resulting from customer-related issues, such as no one available to accept the delivery or an unprepared assembly room, will incur a £69 charge.
- We kindly ask the customers to supply a parking permit if there are parking restrictions in the area.

DAKO
- Flatpack delivery: we aim to deliver within 1-10 working days if no disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Flatpack delivery + assembly service: 5-15 working days as it requires additional planning and time to complete the job.
- Postcodes in Grey areas please add an additional 5 working days.
RAUCH
- 5-7 weeks lead time.
- Every order is made in the factory in Germany individually and then shipped to the UK Hub.
WIEMANN
- 7-10 weeks lead time.
