The Rauch Purisma is a made-to-order, full-height hinged wardrobe range manufactured in Germany. This 301 cm, six-door configuration was installed for a customer in Newport, Wales, finished in matt white on both doors and carcass — a clean, versatile tone that keeps the room light and uncluttered without looking clinical.

At 223 cm tall and 60 cm deep, the Purisma delivers full-length hanging space alongside integrated drawers for folded items and everyday storage. Supplied and assembled as a complete service — delivered to the room, built in place, and ready to use.

The Brief

A full-height white wardrobe run for a Newport bedroom

The customer wanted a full-width wardrobe wall in matt white that would maximise storage while keeping the room feeling open and bright. The Rauch Purisma 6-door layout was the right choice — flush door fronts in matt white, long bar handles, and drawers positioned to provide folded storage alongside the main hanging sections.

Common questions

How long does a Rauch Purisma order take?+

Rauch wardrobes are made to order in Germany and typically take around 5–7 weeks. Once your order is placed, we monitor production and will let you know when your wardrobe is due to arrive in the UK. Rauch's fitting team will contact you around that time to arrange a suitable installation date.

Who assembles the wardrobe?+

Assembly is carried out by Rauch's own installation team, who are experienced with the full Rauch product range. This is included in the price — there is no flat-pack element for you to deal with.

Can the Purisma be specified in other finishes?+

Yes. The Purisma is available in three colour options: alpine white, silk grey matt and graphite. The door and carcass are always the same colour — they cannot be specified independently. Each colour also has a matching glass front variant: crystal white glass, silk grey glass, or basalt glass. Some configurations include mirror panels on selected doors.

What guarantee comes with the wardrobe?+

Rauch provides a 10-year manufacturer guarantee covering the carcass, doors and fittings.

What interior fittings are included as standard?+

Each wardrobe unit includes 2 shelves and 1 hanging rail as standard. Combination models (those with integrated drawer units) also include an interior mirror and a tie rack. Additional shelving and interior divisions are included depending on the configuration width.

Is LED lighting available for the Purisma?+

Yes, via an optional passepartout frame — a surround that fits around the wardrobe run at 226 cm tall, available with or without integrated horizontal LED strip lighting. It must be ordered in the same finish colour as the wardrobe. Matching bedside tables and chests are also available in all Purisma finishes.
